leaves in water cardigan

raglan cardigan

Leaves in Water shows off a gorgeous color pattern with dramatic long-repeat gradient yarn. The slowly changing color of the background yarn creates subtle horizontal stripes, making for a dramatic look. It has the feel of a traditional Fair Isle sweater without all the ends to weave in! The dense gauge and wooly yarns make this a sturdy and rugged heirloom sweater that will keep you warm and last a lifetime. Choose a long-repeat gradient yarn such as Dyed in the Wool for the gradual horizontal striping shown in the sample or a solid color that contrasts well with the main color.
