My Experience
Where I got it: I bought it from the Lady Dye booth at Vogue Knitting Live San Francisco
Needles I used: Hiya Hiya US 2/2.75 mm
Blocked Gauge I got: 31 sts/44 rows = 4"/10 cm
My Thoughts: Yeah, this colour is what grabbed me first, I’m not gonna lie. Singles can just look so incredible in these vibrant shades - no shadows of plies to get in the way of all that colour! I like the semi-solid look a lot and it’s real soft. Singles aren’t super durable and they don’t always have the best stitch definition, but I’m going to use this one for colour work…
What I might design with it: I knit a colour work hat, holding this with Spincycle Yarns Dyed in the Wool in Verba Volant, a pale pink with splashes of neon green, pale blue, and soft yellow. It’s so gorgeous. Can’t wait to show you!
UPDATE: I’ve published Light Through the Leaves using this yarn.
Where you can get some: Grab it on the Lady Dye website or look for her at Vogue Knitting Live.
